Every Thursday, PACE delivers a Multi-sport Challenge Day (MCD) to Carlton Road Day Centre, Acton.

MCDs are tailored multi-sport sessions designed to develop skills such as communication, confidence, team-working, self expectation and self belief, as well as giving people with complex disabilities the opportunity to participate in competitive, multi-sport activities.

We require as many volunteers as possible to support in the delivery of these sessions, where 121 support is often required.
