Congratulations to Reshad Saraj, who has represented PACE at the GB Championships 2016.

Reshad qualified for the competition by going on a 14 game undefeated streak, culminating in a gold medal success at the BE Cup Finals 2016.

Ensuring qualification for the highest level competition in the country was always his target, although performing against some of the best athletes in GB is never an easy task.

Despite this, Reshad won one of his pool games against Will Hipwell. However, his next match against Claire Morrison, current GB Paralympian saw Reshad suffer his first major competitive defeat of the season.

Although he didn’t make it out of his group, Reshad finished the competition in 6th place and has made great progress this season.
