Two easy ways to support PACE during the Coronavirus pandemic

Published April 4, 2020

PACE has recently signed up to two online services, that provide financial support for thousands of charities.

Amazon Smile and Give As You Live both donate a percentage of the value of any online purchase you make, to a charity of your choice.

Please share this amongst your network and encourage as many people as possible to support PACE and use these two websites when shopping online.

AMAZON SMILE

Amazon will donate 0.5% of the value of your purchases to PACE, for free!

This is incredibly easy to access, and you only need to shop through Amazon Smile, and search for PACE Charitable Trust, based in Wembley, as the charity you’d like to support.

Please encourage as many of your friends and family to shop Amazon through this link if possible, and to select PACE Charitable Trust, in Wembley, as their nominated charity.

GIVE AS YOU LIVE

This service brings together over 4,200 UK stores, and supports over 200,000 charities across the UK. Give As You Live will donate a percentage of your purchases to your nominated charity, when you access stores through their website.

This is very easy to do, and Give As You Live feature over 4,200 top high-street stores, including;

  • M&S
  • Boots
  • Argos
  • Debenhams
  • Booking.com
  • Asos
  • Dominoes
  • House of Fraser
  • Trainline
  • Currys
  • H&M
  • Halfords

Donations vary from 0.5% up to 7% of the value of your purchase, which really is a significant amount that you could be generating to support PACE.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

  • Search for “PACE Charitable Trust” on Amazon Smile and set this as your default online Amazon account.
  • Save the “Give as you Live” website to your favourites. If you shop online at any of the stores they have registered, a small percentage of your spend could be donated for free.
  • Keep on share this as widely as possible amongst your family, friends and extended network.
