The PACE Induction Training programme provides volunteers with an insight into how we can effectively adapt and deliver multi-sport activities for a range of people with mild to complex physical and learning disabilities.

This training is a key component for any volunteers hoping to become a PACE coach or a team leader in the future.

The programme consist predominantly of practical activities, as well as some theory into how we can ensure a safe working environment for all staff, volunteers and participants.
